Motor Scooters

Winter weather doesn't stop the hardcore motor scooter rider. Students at the University of Wisconsin in Madison have been riding their scooters in the snow, which may make them the most dedicated in the country. I guess Madison's mayor said that winter bicycle riders should be shot in his blog, but the scooter riders are closer to the campus, away from traffic.
